Cancellation Policy

To cancel, email contact@aureviadigitaldefence.store with your name, order reference and a clear cancellation request. You may use this wording: “I wish to cancel order [reference], placed on [date], under the email [email].” No special form is required.

Consumers in some jurisdictions have a statutory withdrawal period, including a 14-day period in relevant EU/EEA distance contracts. Exceptions for digital content depend on applicable law and may require prior express consent to immediate supply, acknowledgement of loss of withdrawal rights, and confirmation. General acceptance of our terms alone is not treated as that waiver.

Where those requirements have not been satisfied, your statutory withdrawal rights remain available. Rights relating to faulty or misdescribed content remain available regardless of activation, subject to applicable law. Contact us if you need help exercising a right.
