Do not submit sensitive credentials in support messages.

We use this information to perform the purchase contract, deliver goods, resolve support issues, protect against fraud and meet applicable accounting or legal duties. Optional live chat runs with consent. We do not sell personal information. PayPal processes payment data independently; hosting, email and consented chat providers may process information to provide their services.

Providers may process data outside your country under their applicable safeguards and terms. Order and transaction records are retained as needed for fulfillment, disputes and applicable accounting or legal obligations; support records are retained as needed to resolve and document enquiries. Unneeded information should be deleted or anonymized. No fixed statutory retention period is represented here because it depends on the operator’s applicable obligations.

Sessions expire after seven days; password-reset links expire after 30 minutes and are single use. Security counters help limit repeated sign-in attempts. Account email ownership is not verified during registration; signing up does not provide access to earlier orders.

Password-reset emails are sent only when requested. We do not enroll you in marketing because you create an account or make a purchase. If optional marketing is introduced, its consent and unsubscribe controls will be provided separately. Access to account and support data is limited to the systems and people who need it to provide the service.
